M-SPORT’S MALCOLM WILSON TALKS TO BTCC.NET

Whilst at Silverstone, the Official BTCC website was able to catch up with Malcolm Wilson, Managing Director of M-Sport, the global motorsport industry leader set to supply the new ‘TOCA BTCC engine’ from 2022-2026.
“It’s exciting times,” said Malcolm. “We should be running the first engine certainly before Christmas, and obviously looking to get that into a car as soon as possible. We’re fortunate to have our own test track, so hopefully we’ll be able to do a lot of the durability testing on-site. To have that facility on your doorstep is a big plus. It’s just a case now of doing all the dyno running of the engine and the in-car testing, which we’re starting next year.”
